Under pressure from the EU, Poland has abandoned its entirely sensible judicial reform. The independence of the courts was threatened, it was claimed. Where exactly are the courts independent? Everywhere, they are more or less the tool of those in power.
If we look at Denmark, the Minister of Justice is a member of the legislative assembly, has executive power and in practice appoints the judiciary. Naturally, the judiciary likes to be independent and to create law outside of parliament through ideologically determined legal activism. This is particularly true of the EU’s own Court of Justice.
In Denmark, judges cannot be held accountable for their judgments, i.e. they can judge completely without regard to legislation, precedent or common law and reasonableness. This is, of course, an outrage. Of course, the government must be able to ensure that the laws passed by parliament are also enforced in practice by the courts.
However, the Poles immediately fell flat on their faces. The country’s problem is that many Poles work outside Poland and the country receives large amounts of EU subsidies. You can’t have your cake and eat it too!
We have great sympathy for both the Polish and Hungarian governments in their attempts to assert themselves before the EU. However, it will always end in much screaming and little wool, as the devil said when he sheared his sow.
There is only one way: out of the EU, and that can only happen too slowly! Otherwise you have no independence. Follow England (if England really leaves the EU)! You can cooperate outside of the EU and thereby strangle this unnational monstrosity!

It is with sadness that we read this article again. Globalist prime minister Donald Tusk’s anti-PiS coalition prevailed in the Polish parliamentary elections of 2023, ousting PiS from power in both the Sejm and the Senate.1
We wish Polish nationalists all the best in the fight to take back their country and hope that this time they realize that the enemy to the health and survival of their people is not in the East, but in the West.
